In reply to Rachel. Hi Rachel! Homeschooling with toddlers is a wild ride, but so worth it! It can be hard for most moms to not recreate school at home, especially true for teachers! We love starting our day with scripture, even a few minutes helps to set the tone for the day. I'm so glad you found me, you've got this! Thank you so much for this simple explanation of a homeschooling rhythm with Littles. My oldest is about to start kindergarten and I feel so unprepared especially with a wild 2 year old brother. Im a former elementary teacher so you would think I'd know how to homeschool but doing it while watching toddlers is so different. And I dont want the same crazy structure that comes with managing 20-30 5 year olds. I love the idea of the morning story or devotional to start the day. Mornings always seem hectic with trying to get hangry toddlers fed and everyone dressed for the day. Im definitely going to start doing this and not stressing about getting breakfast right on time. I found your post through Pinterest btw one of the few social media outlets I still use now.

I absolutely love these Cozy Cottage Preschool Number & Color Flashcards! The illustrations are soft, beautiful, and calming — they feel more like storybook art than typical preschool cards. Since they’re print-at-home, I was pleasantly surprised by how crisp and high-quality they looked once printed. I used cardstock and they turned out sturdy and lovely. They make learning numbers and colors feel cozy and playful instead of overwhelming. Such a sweet, well-designed set — I’m so glad I got them!

In reply to Krystle N. You can do this! One day at time is really my mentality. Don't try to recreate "school at home." Find your own routine, rhythm, and system. Also don't be afraid to change course when needed. :)
