Hey there! In the process of refreshing your wall décor? Affordable digital art is a budget-friendly and resourceful way to elevate your living space!
The Why
If you are anything like me then spending big money on artwork just isn’t your jam. But also if you are like me, you would like to have a fresh and stylish-looking space.
Here’s me wanting the best of both worlds per usual, ha!
I can credit my champagne taste on a beer budget for that one 😉
The What
My problem has been solved by using affordable digital art prints on Etsy!
I have been loving the flexibility and the affordability of using digital art to elevate my living space!
In this post, I will guide you through the process and include links to my favorite artwork shops on Etsy for easy shopping.
The best thing about digital art from Etsy is the vast collection of options available at great prices, especially when on sale.
I have a preference for subtle vintage nature-themed images, but with so many options available, it can be overwhelming to choose. In a good way!
The How
It’s simple enough! On Etsy.com search your favorite art style, for example “vintage art digital prints” or “digital modern art” there are some great bundle deals too which is really the most bang for your buck!
As I am writing this (February 2024) this gorgeous 2000 Vintage Art bundle is currently 75% off!
This colorful and eclectic bundle is super fun too!
In addition, I love hanging prints specific to the seasons. Like this beautiful nativity scene for Christmas. Or this autumnal variety for Fall.
This vintage inspired Spring set of 12 is a must as we head into sprint and summer.
After purchasing one or multiple prints, you can immediately download them to your computer. Talk about immediate gratification!
Follow the Etsy shop directions for digital download instructions and if needed reach out to the shop owner for help.
The download process was fairly easy and quick to figure out.
Another plus of using Etsy to buy your digital artwork is the variety of sizing options you can download which gives you control of the artwork size you wish to display!
If you have a specific frame in mind, you can download the corresponding size and order.
I have used Shutterfly.com in the past and have been happy with their printing services. If you have a favorite printing service or local print shop, those will work great as well.
You will need the downloaded file to upload if using an online printing service.
On Shutterfly I paid about $10 for an 11×14 print and about $4 for 8×10 prints. If you do use them, check for current coupons or deals.
The Outcome
For most of the digital prints I purchased from Etsy I spent about $5 or less.
Total I spent for an 11×14 print was about $12 (for the artwork + printing) and 8×10 prints about $9!
A great price for beautiful and meaningful artwork for your home.
I do recommend printing in a matte sheen to give a more authentic artwork look. As always match your style preferences!
Once printed, pop it into your frame, and enjoy!

Lastly another reason to love using digital art downloads is their multi-use. Once the artwork is purchased and downloaded you have unlimited use. If you are obsessed with a certain print you can print in multiple sizes to hang in your bedroom, set on your mantle, and place on a kitchen shelf!
