  • Cups Rolled Oats blended
  • ½ Cup Coconut Sugar or refined sugar
  • ½ Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Instant Espresso Use decaf or omit if desired
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese blended for ideal consistency
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Cup Coconut Oil (melted) or butter, avocado oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉
