With this mayo, you can make homemade ranch, chipotle mayo, buffalo aioli, secret sauce for burgers, chicken salad, and so many others!

One Minute Mayonnaise
Equipment
- immersion blender
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Avocado Oil or EVOO Light Tasting
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Lemon juice squeeze
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, minus the lemon juice, into wide mouth mason jar.
- Place immersion blender to bottom of jar, covering the egg yolk.
- Begin blending. Keep blender at bottom of jar for at least 30 seconds. Until you see the bottom half of the jar combined. It will look white and creamy.
- Move blender up slowly as the ingredients combine.
- Add the squeeze of lemon juice and continue moving blender around until fully combined and creamy.
- There should be no more oil visible, all ingredients should be incorporated into a thick and creamy mayonnaise.
- Store in fridge for up to two weeks.

I use my favorite mason jars and lids to store this homemade mayo and all my other homemade sauces, they are the best!
